The Hidden Fairy Door by timyouster The Hidden Fairy Door by timyouster

Hopefully whoever moves into our house after us will have an imagination and sense of humour...

We crafted this fairy door (and ladders), and stuck it under the bath using the old tiles as a background. Then we sealed it all up for future archaeologists...

The Hidden Fairy Door by timyouster Usually fairy doors are seen outside, but the playful and humorous placement of this one, along with the craftsmanship, make it worth a closer look. As the suggester said, "A beautiful way of inserting a bit of magic into life." ( Suggested by Ginger-PolitiCat and Featured by Brookette )

This is an absolutely wonderful idea.  I certainly wish I could be a fly on the wall whenever that gets discovered.

So many thanks for all the comments, and apologies for not thanking earlier.

Such an overwhelming response from you all for such a silly (but lots of fun) thing.

The house is up for sale at the moment, but we're obviously not telling viewers about the little surprise that's hiding away :)

Fantastic...so exciting to wonder what the expressions will be when this is rediscovered in about 30 years.
